WJFF Holiday Variety Show: POSTPONED until 12/21

 
 

This Holiday Season WJFF will bring back its classic Holiday Variety Show!  You'll see great local performers and musicians, your favorite WJFF volunteers, lots of tasty food & drink, and a silent auction to win some great gifts!

7-10pm on Saturday 21st at the Delaware Youth Center on Creamery Road in Callicoon NY.  Admission at the door: $12, Advance tickets: $10.  Reservations at 845-482-4141.  Beer, wine and light snacks available.

      Sabrina Artel's Trailer Talk is combination live performance, community event and radio broadcast based in the New York's Catskills region.  With her vintage 1965 Beeline travel trailer, Sabrina Arteltravels to festivals and events where she invites individuals to participate in what she calls a "public conversation" in a relaxed and comfortable setting.  These conversations are broadcast live through speakers mounted outside the trailer, and many interviews are later aired on WJFF during the weekly program.  The New York Times  described Sabrina Artel's Trailer Talk as "an unusual blend of theater, activism and broadcast journalism."

      Although the conversation ranges widely from politics, arts and culture to the environment, agriculture, development and recreation, Sabrina Artel
