When Christine Lavin is playing in your town she may be tossing a CD into the audience for you. It will be two hours of other fabulous folk performers who have been aired recently on Hydro-powered WJFF. Angela Page, host of Folk Plus, mails her weekly radio folk show to Chrisitine for her to begin a listening chain. Our combined production and distribution is aimed at getting a broader folk base.

After listening, the CD is passed on to other folk fans.
If you like Chrisitine, you'll like many of the other acts on the CD.

For several years, this sharing of folk setlists were passed on as cassettes. With the beginning of 2003, this chain will be passed as CDs. The chain has passed roughly 28 songs weekly since October 31, 1998 past folk lover's ears.
